Fort Creek (part 2): Once over the huge pile of snow at the entrance there is a well beaten path extending about 3/4 of the way to Third Line where it gradually narrows into oblivion. I could ride some of the trail but it was very challenging and not for a casual rider. The only garbage can I saw was not maintained and overflowing with doggy poop bags. It was very obvious that many people use and enjoy this green space in the winter time and

Fort Creek Escapade I rode my winter commuter to the Salvation Army on John Street and decided to try and ride the Hub Trail back which takes you trough Fort Creek. I ride a 2.6 inch studded tire and easily navigated the relatively well maintained part along Carmen’s Way to the trail head. It’s was quickly obvious from the full parking lot that a lot of people go there to walk many with dogs. The parking lot is cleared of snow and ironically

Korah Colts, grade 8 boys were undefeated at the 2025 basketball tournament last week. Our boys showed tremendous growth since last year. From Not winning a game last year, they managed to be in contention with first place this year. Playoffs resume Tuesday this week. Keep up the good work boys and Good Luck in the finals.
