THE PEOPLE MOVER - In the 1960s and 70s vans were used for purely transportation (moving people) and for delivery purposes. One of the most beloved vans or what Volkswagon would call Microbus became synomymous with the Freedom, Peace and Counterculture movement. To symbolize those movements they were detailed with flowers, the iconic Peace Symbol and Psychedelic art. Fast forward to the present these buses have become so rare and highly sought after that have driven up their values into the 6 digits. Microbus pic Courtesy of Smithsonian Magazine.
