I do like to add veggies to my fried bacon and onions. I usually add minced garlic and some dried herbs (basil, oregano) as well. And I always dress them with sour cream, although I will add hot sauce next time too!
What does everyone like to put on their Perogies? For me, bacon, onions, sour cream and lots of hot sauce.
