I took this photo nine years ago tonight, when I left the Civic Centre after a city council meeting on a particularly foggy evening. You wouldn’t be able to take the same photo these days, because the PUC has since changed all of the streetlights from orange High Pressure Sodium (HPS) streetlights to daylight balanced ones.
