SwimSmart 101: From Campus to Coast - A week-long swim and water safety program for newcomer college and university students. Gain essential aquatic skills, build confidence in the water, and learn how to stay safe around pools, lakes, and beaches. Dive into Canadian life - safely and smartly!
Registration is $20 and spots are limited. Registration is in-person only at the YMCA (235 McNabb Street). Participants must be a Newcomer to Canada, must be 18 years or older, and must be a registered student in a Canadian college or university (student ID required).
Sessions run: - June 16 to 20, 5:30pm-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:30pm - June 23 to 27, 5:30pm-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:30pm
