Flat garage roof question...

Is it possible to change it to a 'sloped roof' using trusses? Want to avoid the snow pileups in winter and the weight it adds, and as an alternative to resealing the roof, but not sure how practice it is. Not used for my car, just for tools and outdoor equipment etc
