As we “fall back” to standard time, it means darker mornings/evenings and possible disruptions to your sleep schedule. Fatigue from the change in daylight can slow your reaction time, so make sure you’re alert enough before you get behind the wheel. Remember:

🚗 Turn on your headlights early.
👀 Be extra vigilant for pedestrians, cyclists, and wildlife in low-light conditions.
🕰 Give yourself extra time and stay mindful of fatigue.
