Gravlax with beets and horseradish was on the menu at Ernie’s last night. I’m a sucker for cured meat and this salmon was delicious! Gravlax is a Nordic dish and the salmon is traditionally cured with salt, sugar and dill. The texture is softer than smoked salmon. Has anyone else tried this dish?

Had it the other day - unreal dish. Unexpected texture and flavor combo. So very good. 🔥

I hope they bring the arancini back though. 💁🏼‍♀️
